Yiren Digital Announces Management Change

On January 29, 2021, Yiren Digital Ltd. (“Yiren Digital” or the “Company”), a leading personal financial services platform in China, announced a management change. Mr. Jiangxu Xiang has resigned from his position as the Chief Technology Officer of the Company for personal reasons, effective January 29, 2021.
