Ning Tang
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ning Tang, Chief Executive Officer of Yiren Digital, is our founder and has served as our executive chairman of the board of directors since our inception. He is also the founder of our parent company, CreditEase, and has served as the chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer of CreditEase since its inception in 2006. In December 2014, Mr. Tang was elected to be the chairman of the Beijing P2P Association, founded by CreditEase together with approximately 30 member enterprises and the first association in the industry in China that is officially registered and overseen by regulators. In July 2011, Mr. Tang won the nomination of “Leader of the Year” in the “Global Microfinance Achievement Awards 2011,” initiated by the London-based C5 Group to recognize the efforts, innovations, and services that ensure maximum business and social returns in the microfinance sector. Mr. Tang is also a member of the advisory board to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology with respect to small and medium-sized enterprises related policies, and a director at the China Microfinance Institution Association. Prior to founding CreditEase, Mr. Tang served as the director of strategic investments and acquisitions at AsiaInfo-Linkage, Inc., a leading provider of telecommunication software solutions and services in China then listed on NASDAQ, since July 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Tang served as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, a U.S. investment bank now owned by Credit Suisse, since July 1998. Mr. Tang is an active angel investor and has made several successful investments in the education and training, financial services, human resources services, Internet, technology, and media industries. Mr. Tang studied mathematics at Peking University and received his bachelor’s degree in economics, summa cum laude, from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. He is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
Xiao Shang
Chief Executive Officer of Yiren Wealth

Ms. Shang Xiao, Chief Executive Officer of Yiren Wealth, has joined the company in the founding period since she obtained her M.B.A. degree from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University in 2008. Ms. Shang Xiao has been committed to promoting the development of wealth management in China in the past ten years, leading professional financial planners in more than 40 cities across the country. Her team provides global asset allocation services to hundreds of thousands of Chinese high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals.

Ms. Shang Xiao has repeatedly received special interviews with top domestic mainstream media, including Caijing magazine and China Business News. She published many professional opinions on the development trend of China’s wealth management industry, capital market investment direction and risk warning, wealth inheritance, and overseas investment. The opinion is generally concerned and discussed by investors and the industry.

Ms. Shang Xiao is the vice president of the Shanghai Branch of the M.B.A. Alumni Association of Tsinghua University, the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang International Finance Association, and the professional tutor of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
 

Wei Wang
Chief Executive Officer of Yiren Credit
Wei Wang, Chief Executive Officer of Yiren Credit. Ms. Wang joined CreditEase in 2010 and is responsible for the company’s small business and consumer lending business. Before joining CreditEase, she held senior management positions at credit card distribution and third-party payment companies for many years. Ms. Wang graduated from the Harbin Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in science.
Chen Huan
Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Chen Huan, Chief Risk Officer of Yiren Digital, has more than ten years of experience in the Internet and financial industry. Mr. Huan Chen joined CreditEase since 2007, and he was responsible for the P2P product design, I.T. system design, and Internet business planning. Mr. Huan has more than ten years of experience on the Internet and the financial industry. Prior to joining CreditEase, Mr. Chen served as a product manager at Qihoo 360 Technology Co., Ltd., a leading internet company in China, from July 2006 to November 2007. From March 2003 to July 2006, Mr. Chen served as an investment management manager at 21cn.com, an online portal owned by China Telecom. Prior to that, Mr. Chen worked at Guangzhou Securities Co. Ltd., a securities brokerage service firm, and co-founded Find2Fine Consulting Ltd., an online project outsourcing marketplace, successively from July 1998 to March 2003. Mr. Chen received a bachelor’s degree in international commerce and a master’s degree in econometrics from Sun Yat-sen University in China. 
Dennis Cong
Senior Vice President - Strategic Corporate Business Development & Capital Markets
Mr. Dennis Yu Cong has served as Yiren Digital Chief Financial Officer since September 2014. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cong served as the Chief Representative of Deutsche Bank AG’s Beijing Representative Office as well as a director and head of China Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), from October 2010 to August 2014, and as a vice president and director successively at the Asia Technology & Media Banking group from May 2008 to October 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Cong worked with a few other firms in the U.S., including Needham & Co. as a vice president of investment banking from 2006 to 2008, Piper Jaffray & Co. as an equity research analyst covering companies in the technology industry from 2004 to 2006, and Applied Materials, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, as a marketing manager from 1996 to 2003. Mr. Cong received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Science and Technology of China, Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an M.B.A. degree from Walter Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
Joanne Liu
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Joanne Liu has served as Chief Financial Officer of Yiren Digital since 2019. Ms. Liu joined Yiren Digital’s finance team in 2014. Prior to Yiren Digital, she served management positions at PwC China and PwC New York. She has over 10 years of experience in audit, financial consulting, tax and internal controls. She holds a U.S. CPA as well as a CPA with The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
